Description

The Embedding Rings are chemical resistant to hold up against common tissue processing reagents. The etched marking surface allows for the application and display of sample identification throughout the process. Embedding Rings come in five (5) different colors to provide easy visual identification.

Embedding cassettes are small plastic boxes that are used to hold tissue samples during the embedding process. The tissue sample is placed on a thin metal plate inside the cassette and then covered with paraffin wax. This helps to protect the tissue sample and keep it in place during the slicing process.
